Jennifer Geller is currently the newest member of the team and joined Speights Law, PC in 2018. A former prosecutor in Ohio and Georgia, Geller is experienced in both sides of family law and brings a unique perspective to her work with families and their children.
Geller graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia in 2006 and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2009. While attending the School of Law, she was elected President of the Student Bar Association.
Jennifer recently represented a client in a divorce case who had been married for over thirty years and had over a million dollars in assets that were mostly in her husband’s name. The client’s greatest fear was not having enough savings to support herself in retirement. Jennifer negotiated a settlement that was greater than half of the marital assets for the client and includes a steady income stream for retirement.
While working as a prosecutor, Jennifer Geller litigated nearly every kind of case imaginable, including cases of aggravated assault, drug trafficking, gang cases, and even murder.
She says that she is thrilled to be part of the family law practice at Speights Law, PC and that the most rewarding part of her job as a divorce attorney is that she is now able to help families and their children on a regular basis.
