Jennifer Geller
Jennifer Geller has been a member of the team at Speights Law since 2018. She handles only family law cases. A former prosecutor in Ohio and Georgia, Geller is experienced in both sides of family law and brings a unique perspective to her work with families and their children.
Geller graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia in 2006 and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2009. While attending the School of Law, she was elected President of the Student Bar Association.
Jennifer recently represented a father in a child custody dispute where the child was being abused and emotionally manipulated by the mother. The client’s greatest fear was ensuring the child was safe around the mother. Jennifer was able to successfully negotiate a settlement that gave primary custody to the Father and put safety measures in place for the child. Jennifer has represented numerous clients where the children suffer abuse or neglect at the hands of the other parent, and she has a reputation for advocating for her clients passionately to ensure the safety of the children.

While working as a prosecutor, Jennifer Geller litigated nearly every kind of case imaginable. As a result, Jenn is an aggressive trial attorney. Her time as a prosecutor taught her to have no fear being in the courtroom, arguing in front of a judge and jury, and presenting evidence about any case. Jenn’s trial work mainly focused on crimes against children and as such, Jenn knew she wanted to continue to advocate for children and families as she transitioned to Speights Law’s family law practice.
She says that she is thrilled to be part of the family law practice at Speights Law, PC and that the most rewarding part of her job as a divorce attorney is that she is now able to help families and their children on a regular basis.
