Where do I start? These past two months have been the most challenging I have faced. Imagine yourself waking up tomorrow and everything you knew was upside down. That is what happened to me. Prior to reaching Speights, I contacted two other attorneys and was awaiting a call back when I found Speights. At 4 p.m. on a Friday I contacted Speights and spoke with attorney David Holmes and investigator Greg Stepp. If you are reading this, you know that getting anyone to answer on a Friday afternoon is almost impossible. David and Greg gave me much needed reassurance regarding a criminal case. By the end of the conversation I was scheduled for an appointment the following Tuesday with Holly Holliman on a separate civil matter. Tuesday I met with Holly and Samantha Burnette. Samantha and Holly were professional and extremely sympathetic to my situation. After a few tears on my part, a plan of action was put in place and a financial plan was established to assist me. I learned the first half of my case, the alleged criminal case, was dismissed. That in of itself is a huge burden lifted from me. The team I have of Holly, Samantha, Greg, and David has been a blessing. Seeing the group work as a cohesive unit is reassuring. Especially when a person feels as if the cards have been stacked against them. I hope whoever reads this gives Speights Law at the very least consideration in their own legal hardship.Posted on Google

Maria CintronAttorney William Hunter is the best!!! We had a case out of Cherokee County and the victim was the biggest liar, accusing my husband of many things he didnt do. Mr. HUNTER really sold how good a great of a lawyer is at trial. He ate the prosecutor for breakfast along with the officer that testified for breakfast and the victim for breakfast. He is a true true best lawyer we ever had and we thank you for getting my husband out of something that he never did. In Cherokee County, iit could’ve went the other way really quick, Knowing their history, no matter the truth or not. They love giving guilty verdicts with minimal evidence or no evidence. I worked mostly with David and Holly, each for separate issues, and I was not disappointed. David was so easy to work with and was very understanding of my situation.
