Randall Ivey

Randall Ivey has been a member of the Speights Law team since 2023. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Florida State University College of Law. He started his legal practice in Albany, Georgia, first serving in the District Attorney’s Office and then practicing civil law with a small firm. Randall moved to Cherokee County in 2013 to join the Cherokee County District Attorney’s Office, eventually earning the title of Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney. Having practiced law since 2007, Randall has earned a reputation as a skilled litigator and advocate for his clients in criminal law, family law, and general civil litigation.

As a criminal defense attorney, Randall is committed to protecting the rights of his clients and fighting for the best possible outcome in every case. He has tried and handled a wide range of criminal matters, from DUI and drug offenses to violent crimes, thefts, and sexual abuse. Having spent over a decade as a prosecutor, Randall has a unique perspective on how the criminal justice system works and how to navigate it to get the best result possible for his clients.
